The HOA Board has recently learned that the City of Raleigh plans to lease all current public parking spaces in the Blount Street Parking Deck (located across Wilmington Street from the Hudson) to the adjacent SkyHouse & Edison apartment complex projects, which are both currently under construction. The exact date and implementation plan is not known, but we understand that it is likely in line with initial occupancy of the new apartments.
